The nomenclature policy of Robot users has been changed:
Account Identifier – RPAnnnnn
RPA – Robot account prefix;
nnnnn – robot sequential numbering number;
Firstname – Name of the business process or processes in which the user is being used. The chosen name should clearly indicate the business process it runs. The name must be short and precise, for example: "BI Analytics", "Recruitment".;
LastName – Family of processes where the robot is used. The chosen name must clearly indicate the family of processes where the user is inserted, for example: "Solar", "BPO RH".;
Identity card – nnnnxxxx;
nnnn – the last 4 sequential numbering numbers of the robot;
xxxx – company code.
Example for robot RPA00001 associated to company: Identity card =00011000.
